Rubio Monocoat
Rubio Monocoat is a brand of the Belgian family company Muylle Facon, which began in 1906 as a manufacturer of putty and later developed into a specialist in wood protection.
The Rubio brand was introduced in 1960 and grew internationally from the 1960s, with further expansion of production capacity over the years. A major breakthrough came in 2000 with the collaboration on molecular bonding technology, leading to the launch of the innovative Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus, a successful single-coat system for wood treatment. The company values respect for wood, quality, sustainability, a wide range of colors and customer focus, and supports customers through training in the Rubio Academy. Rubio Monocoat now operates in more than 82 countries and continues to grow through innovation, ecological focus and investment in both products and employees.
